Mr. Kennedy was born June 8, 1933, in Ponca City, Okla., and had lived in Clark County, Wash., since 1945. He was a tow truck driver and a member of Everlasting Missionary Baptist Church in Vancouver, Wash.
Surviving are his wife of 25 years, Eleanor M.; mother, Rose Kennedy of Battle Ground, Wash.; brother, James of Vancouver; and 22 grandchildren.
Interment will be in Evergreen Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The family suggests remembrances to the Portland Rescue Mission. Oregonian, Sunday, April 14, 1996
