DECATUR — Funeral Service for Ruth “Two Momma” Willis, age 88, of Decatur, Alabama, will be today, September 23, 2018, 2 p.m. at Shelton Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. Rev. Dallas Culver officiating. The family will receive friends two hours prior to service.

Mrs. Willis, who passed away Friday, September 21, 2018, at Decatur Morgan General, was born December 23, 1929 to the late James Orville Long and Foree Sapp Long. Mrs. Willis was Exxon Mobile Company secretary and Member of Austinville United Methodist Church for 25 years.

She was preceded in death by her parents, James Orville Long and Foree Sapp Long; one daughter, Janet Millsap; one grandson, Chris Millsap; and two husbands, Kenneth Vines, and Donald Willis.

She is survived by two daughters, Judy Welborn (Sandy) and Pam Siniard (Stuart); one sister, Barbara Blankenship; one son-in-law, Martin Millsap; six grandchildren, Missy Fagan (Brad), Stacey Cannady (Jeremy), Julie Weatherby (Jonathan), Kaitlyn Siniard, Chloe Siniard, and Tina Salisbury (Marte); ten great-grandchildren, Austin Wiley, Emma Grace Cannady, Luke Cannady, Bess Cannady, Lily Cannady, Maddie Weatherby, Sophie Weatherby, Hunter Prater, Christopher Millsap, and Macy Millsap; two stepgrandchildren, Laurie Phillips (Mark), Stuart Vines (Rona); and seven stepgreat-grandchildren, Luke Phillips, Carolyn Grace Phillips, Chandler Vines, Jackson Vines, Lara Fagan, Lexi Fagan, and Seth Fagan.
