CHAPPELL, W.G., 83, passed away Tuesday, May 15, 2007. He was retired from General Electric. He was a member of Highview Baptist Church and a Mason. He is preceded in death by his wife, Gladys Chappell; and son, William Chappell He is survived by his sons, George (Regina) and Thomas (Connie) Chappell; two grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and sister, Helen Albright. His funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Friday at Fern Creek Funeral Home, 5406 Bardstown Rd., with burial to follow in Resthaven Memorial Park. Visitation will be Thursday from 2-8 p.m. at the funeral home. Memorials to: American Diabetes Assn. or American Cancer Society
