Andrea Coffee, 78, Neosho, passed away on October 11, 2018 in Joplin, MO after a sudden illness. She was born August 24, 1940 in Cabool, MO to Burt and Mary (Van Dorne) Brewer. Andrea lived in McDonald County for many years, moving to Neosho just a few years ago. She was a homemaker; her children and family were very important to her and she was known as a very generous person. Andrea enjoyed crocheting and sewing, completing word puzzles, and loved to cook for her family. She was a member of Royal Heights Baptist Church in Joplin, and attended Northside Baptist Church in Neosho. She was strong in her Christian faith and read her Bible daily.
Andrea is survived by her companion and love of her life, Ron Ballinger; three children: Mikel Coffee, Nora Goff, and Kendra Coffee all of Neosho; two brothers, Jim Elbert of Grove, OK and David Elbert of Miami, OK; four sisters: Mary Lee Brewer, Roberta Smith of KS, Frances Witte of Miami, OK and Doreen Easley of Houston, TX; twelve grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by two sons, Robert Hice Coffee and Troy Allen Coffee.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 pm, Monday, October 15, 2018 at Clark Funeral Home, Chapel of Memories, Neosho, MO, with Pastor Tom Wilson officiating. Interment will follow at Jane Cemetery, Jane, MO.
