Beloved son of the late Edward and Marie (nee Irish) Prendergast and loving brother of the late Marian, Edward (Loretta), John, Rev. George, S.J., Ann Dowling (John), Ellen Maloney (John), Julia Dooling (Frank), Sr. Patricia, R.G.S., Martha Jacobsmeyer (Ambrose), and Rev. Charles, S.J. Survived by his sister Carroll Keaney (Frank) of Webster Groves, numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, great grandnieces, great grandnephews and friends.Services; Mass of Christian burial took place Monday, June 11, 2007 at the Abbey of Our Lady Of Gethsemani, Trappist, KY. Solemn High Mass in Memorial scheduled for Saturday, June 30, 2007 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Francis de Sales Oratory, 2653 Ohio Ave., St. Louis, MO 63118.
