She is survived by 5 sons, Michael ( Bev) VanHyning, William D. (Teresa) VanHyning, David (Bonnie) VanHyning, Steven "Jim" (Anna) VanHyning all of Jacksonville and Timothy (Cathy) VanHyning of Concord; 11 grandchildren, Bobby McCormick, Crystal VanHyning, Kelly VanHyning, Carmen VanHyning, Miranda Risen, David VanHyning, Jr., Brian VanHyning, JoAnn Hill, Jennifer Scott, Kristie Johnson and Jeff VanHyning ; one brother, Frank (wife, Sharon) Wainman of Jacksonville and two sisters, Deane (husband, Jim) Flynn of North Pekin and Phyllis (husband, Charles) Hamilton of Versailles. She was preceded in death by two sisters, Carol (surviving husband, Bill of Jacksonville) Prather and Norma Wainman
Mrs. VanHyning was a homemaker and had driven the Senior Citizens Bus for 11 years. She enjoyed sewing, playing bingo and spending time with her grandchildren.
Services were entrusted to Williamson Funeral Home of Jacksonville, Illinois.
