Ella married Henry Lee Ransom in Austin County, Texas 6 Jan 1892. I was told that she had two children with Henry.. Mary Ella Ransom born in 1893 and Beatrice Lee Ransom born 20 Dec 1894. Henry and Ella must have divorce before 1900. On 1900 census. Ella is listed as Ella Cole, single and living with her parents. Henry is living in San Antonio, working as a salesman and listed as single. Not sure if this is the right Henry but month of birth is right. (born Dec 1869).
1910 census list and Anna H. Ransom with one child Ruby Lee Ransom born 1908 living with her parents, Thomas and Emma Cooke in Waller County. Anna is listed as married and had been married 5 years. She also states she has had 2 children, one alive.
In 1911, Henry L Ransom is a policeman in Houston TX and he is listed with wife Anna in the city directory of 1911.
On 1920 census, Anna is listed as a widow with 2 children. Ruby and Jonathan Lane Ransom. Jonathan born in 1914.
I have given you all this info to show you that I have research Henry and although there are several in Texas.. I am careful of not mixing these Henrys up.
