Joy Dellrain (Dell) Sperry, 57, died at the family residence Monday morning of a heart attack. The funeral services will be held at the North Ward chapel Thursday at 2 p.m. Interment in the Vine Bluff cemetery.
Mr. Sperry was born at Nephi, May 17, 1882, a son of W.S. and Julia Jackson Sperry. He spent the majority of his lifetime in Nephi, where he has followed farming and stockraising as an occupation.
Survivors include his widow, Ora Price Sperry, one son, W.D. Sperry, of Nephi; three daughters, Mrs. Joy S. Young of Mona, Maxine and Martha Sperry, Nephi; one brother and one sister: W.H. Sperry, Nephi and Mrs. Lola Jackson, Salt Lake City, and four grandchildren.
