We regret to announce the passing of Alex Gering on April 13th, 2016 in Edson, Alberta at the age of 87 years. Alex was predeceased by his parents Bertha and Gustav Gering. Following cremation, a memorial service for Alex will take place on Wednesday, April 20th, 2016 at 1:00 at the Royal Canadian Legion in Edson. In lieu of other tributes, the family suggests donations be directed to The Alzheimer’s Society of Alberta 10531 Kingsway Ave., Edmonton, Alberta T5E 4K1 in memory of Alexander Gering.
