Pioneer Woman Dies In Monroeville
Monroeville, Ind., Nov. 28 - Mrs. Maria Knouse, aged 95, and a pioneer woman of Allen county, died of the infirmities of age today at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Edward Van Buskirk, in Madison township.
She was the widow of Daniel Knouse, long a prominent farmer. She had lived in this county since 1851.
The funeral services will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Monroeville Lutheran church.
