Joe Lonnie Preston passed away August 30, 2018 in Wichita Falls, Texas. A graveside service will be held at the Long Hollow Cemetery in Jack County at a later date. McMillan-Satterwhite Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
He was born on October 24, 1935 in Jack County and had lived in Bryson most of his life. Mr. Preston was a retired pipefitter and served in the US Army.
Survivors include his daughter, Samantha Fuller of Arlington, Texas; step son, Pete Gardner of Milford, Kansas; brother, Wayne Preston; two sisters, Pearl Snyder and Eutie Reese; 2 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
