Glenda LaVon Lewis Brown-Clayson, 93, fondly known as "Bonnie" passed away peacefully on August 23, 2018 in Riverton, Utah of natural causes. Born February 26, 1925 in Spanish Fork, Utah to Jane and Leslie Lewis. Married Earl James Brown on April 14, 1947 in Spanish Fork, Utah. Their marriage was later solemnized in the Jordan River Temple on May 29, 2004. Together they raised one son and three daughters.
Bonnie is preceded in death by her parents, 5 siblings, husband Earl, son Gregory, grandson Justin James Brown and 2nd husband Frank Clayson. Survived by daughters: Donna Ann Melander (Lorin), Glenda Kay Hiatt (Randy), and Earla Jane Westlake and daughter-in-law Kathleen Mathis Brown (Gregory); 15 grandchildren, 30 great grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandson, 5 step-children and many nieces and nephews.
Services will be held Friday, August 31, 2018 at 11:00 AM at Larkin Sunset Gardens Mortuary, 1950 East Dimple Dell Rd (10600 South), Sandy, Utah 84092. Friends may visit on Thursday, August 30, from 6PM - 8PM and 9:30-10:45 AM prior to the funeral service at the mortuary. Interment at Larkin Sunset Gardens.
