Bulah M. Ferguson, 81, passed away Tuesday, Dec. 23, 2014. She was a member of Castle Rock Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Robert Ferguson; parents, Sim Rogers and Mattie Shadrick Layne; brother, James Rogers; and sister, Faye Bagley. Mrs. Ferguson is survived by her sons, Samuel Robert (Denise) Ferguson Jr., Ben William (Lynn Quarles) Ferguson; daughters, Sharon Elaine (Charles) Browder, Brenda Mae (Lynn) Ridge and Carolyn Ann Ferguson; sisters, Jo Davis, Isabelle Williams, Rachel Freels, Joyce Hudson; eight grandchildren, two great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted from the funeral home chapel, at 2:30 p.m. CST, Friday, Dec. 26, with Brother Ron Ramsey and Brother Tracey Ferguson. Interment will follow in Pine Grove Cemetery. The family will receive friends, Friday, Dec. 26, from 10 a.m. until time of the service.
