Nolan Lynn Healey Obituary

Nolan Lynn Healey passed away October 22, 1996 in the American Fork Hospital after a valiant battle with cancer.

He was born August 18, 1938 in Alpine, Utah to Marion Lynn and Norma Clark Healey. He graduated from American Fork High School and the Brigham Young University. He married Elizabeth Pulley October 1, 1964 in the Salt Lake Temple. They were later divorced. Nolan worked as an administrator of nursing homes and retirement centers where he showed great love and compassion for the elderly.

He was a member of the LDS Church and served as Elders Quorum President, Counselor in three bishoprics, Stake Executive Secretary and on the High Council.

He is survived by five children: Michael L. (Cathy) Healey, Kaysville; Shawn P. (Cindy) Healey, Mesquite, Nevada; Eric C. (AnnaLisa) Healey; Alex C. Healey and Jacqueline Healey all of American Fork. Parents: Marion and Norma Healey; Brother Jay C. (Julia) Healey; two sisters: Sandra (Kenneth) Walker all of Alpine; Tamera (Stan) Dubois of Lehi and two grandsons: Jacob and Nathan Healey.

Funeral services will be Saturday, October 26, at 11 a.m. in the Alpine Mountainville Chapel, 165 North 100 East. Friends may call Friday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Anderson & Sons Mortuary 49 East 100 North, American Fork and Saturday 9:45 to 10:45 a.m. at the church prior to the service. Burial in Alpine City Cemetery.
