"Death of Mrs. Mundell
Mrs. Isaiah Mundell, whose home is near the Antioch church, died Thursday morning at 5 o'clock after only a short illness, being afflicted with cancer and the dread disease consumption which hurried her to an untimely grave.
Deaceased was 43 years old, and three children mourn her death. She was a devoted christian woman and a member of the Christian church, and a large circle of friends gathered about her in life, now deplore her death.
The funeral Friday morning at the Antioch church, conducted by Rev. J. T. Phillips, asisted by Rev. Ripper, of Atwood, Ill., was attended by her many friends and relatives, gathered to pay the last respects to a kind hearted and noble woman."
