Gretchen Diane Bailey Morrison passed away peacefully at her home in Louisville, KY, on July 15, 2018. She was born on May 12, 1944.
A native of Lovington, Illinois, Gretchen graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a degree in Education. An avid learner, she went on to earn multiple masters' degrees as well as her Ph.D.
Gretchen is survived by her siblings Johnny Bailey, Marsha Farmer, and Jill Landers and her children Mick Morrison, Courtney Morrison, and Brisyn Ritchie (Randy Ritchie). She leaves behind four grandchildren whom she adored.
Gretchen was preceded in death by her mother and father, John and Dorcas Bailey and her husband, William Wilson Morrison.
