On Wednesday, August 8, 2018, Clarence Thurman Osborn, (C.T.), or Cat Track as he was known to many friends, went home and into the arms of his Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ.

C.T. was born February 19, 1937, in Applebee County, Alabama, to Melvin and Nancy Osborn. After moving to Texas he attended Brownsboro schools. On August 29, 1958, he married the love of his life, Frances, (Fran) Stevens.

C.T. retired from Tyler Pipe Industry, where he drove a truck for 35 years. In 2017, he retired from Brownsboro ISD after 11 years of service. C.T. was a member of Rock Hill Baptist Church in Brownsboro.

He survived by his wife Amy Echols Osborn and her son Brad. His four girls: Cindy Bright and husband Larry, Sheri Williams and husband Steve, Terri Hawkins and husband Harold, and Tammy Anderson. His grandchildren: Matt Bright and wife Rachelle and their four children, Sarah Odom and husband Brandon and their two children, J.N. Williams and wife Katie and their two children. Josh Williams and wife Amanda and their two children. Sarina Rodgers and husband Brian and their two children, Latisha Calhoun and husband Greg and their three children, Raynebeaux Sims and husband Matt and their four children, Kayla and Michael Arnold. Austin Hargrave and wife Becky and their three children, Ed Hargrave and wife Makaylee and their two children, Jessie Hargrave and wife Amanda, Madison Anderson, and brother Sam Osborn.

C.T. was preceded in death by his parents, his loving wife Fran of 51 years, and son Jeffrey, also preceded by his brothers: Thomas Ray, Marshall, Ross and Franklin; sisters: Gladys, Clara, Dora and Pearl.

Pallbearers are Matt Bright, Brandon Odom, J.N. Williams, Josh Williams, Brian Rodgers, Greg Calhoun, Matt Sims, Michael Arnold, Austin Hargrave, Ed Hargrave, and Jessie Hargrave. Honorary Pallbearers are Tyler Pipe Transportation Dept., James Osborn, Phillip Smith Sr., Terry Don Adair, David Duke, Bill Rawson, Dustin Williams and Antti O’Jasuu.

Visitation will be Saturday, August 11, 2018 at Autry’s Carroll-Lehr Funeral Home from 6 P.M. to 8 P.M.
Funeral service will be 2 P.M., Sunday, August 12, 2018 at Rock Hill Baptist Church with Pastor Robert Welch, Donald Thomas and Matt Sims officiating. Burial will follow at Red Hill Cemetery.
