Milton was the oldest son of Jane Eastes and William Harvey. His occupation was a Farmer. He married his first cousin, Nancy Ellen Craig on 20, Jan. 1856. She was the daughter of Sarah Mary Eastes and Thomas Craig. They had three children: Florence, Esther and Ethel "Ethely" Linda Harvey. Nancy died 6 May 1859. Milton married a second time to Sarah West about 1860. They had 10 children: GM , Willie N., John W., Margaret E., Daisy Dena, Cary or Cory F., Matilda, Leander, Kate, and Benjamin B.
He died 23 September 1909. He is buried in the Eastes Harvey Cemetery.
