Cinda was the daughter of William Harvey and Jane Eastes. She married John Montague Conner 23 Sept. 1856. She was the mother of 5 children: Janet, Rosetta, Frances Jane, Mary Avaline and Cathy Clementine Conner. After the death of her husband she married a second time to Absalom B "Daddy" Watkins. The marriage didn't last too long. She married him 11 June 1905. He died 31 October 1911. She died in 14 March 1917. She was buried under the name of Conner.
