Mrs. Cassie B Ferguson, wife of Samuel Ferguson, died on July 29, 1920 in the House of Calvary in the Bronx. She was 44 years old. The deceased was a daughter of Silas and Adelia Knapp Williams and was born in the town of Carmel. She resided in this vicinity and Patterson until four years ago when she moved to New York City with her children and has since been living there. Mrs Ferguson leaves six children and four brothers.
The body was brought to the home of her brother Coleman Williams north of Mahopac and funeral services held there on Sunday afternoon with Rev Mr. Rice in charge. Interment was made in the family plot in Gilead cemetery.
