She passed away on July 18th, 2018 in Pensacola, FL. Julia moved to Pensacola in the 1950’s from Chattanooga, TN. She was an accountant for Escambia Co. Comptroller, worked at University Hospital and then later retired from Sacred Heart Hospital. She was an avid member of the First City Church of Pensacola. She was also a member of the Fraternal Order of Eagles and Zelica Grotto, where she loved to fellowship and dance with friends. Julia is preceded in death by her first husband Alvord B. Churchill Jr.; Second husband Glenn Farrar; and Life Partner Edward A. Cohron; her brother David Crockett Janey III; her infant brother Mickie; her sister Dora B. Souther; her infant sister Nell; and her daughter Adelle L. Bankston.
