After WWII, Fresno, became her home. For 30 plus years Helen owned and worked at a local electrical contracting business.
She was an avid reader, member of the Fresno Cactus Club, St. Agnes Club 55, St. John's and Newman Center Parishes. Helen enjoyed gardening and every passerby delighted in her beautiful flower gardens.
Helen leaves behind her brothers, Walter and John Bernosky; loving children, Joanie Moore, Alexandra Vance and Jim Bedgood; and dear friend, Kathy Schoenduve. Helen was a "devoted Gramma" to Alisa, Rich, Mariana, and Erik, encouraging them to pursue their dreams. She looked with hope to the future generation in her great-grandchildren, Wes, Luna and Trinity.
Remembrances may be made to Hinds Hospice, 1616 W. Shaw, Ste. C1, Fresno, Ca., 93711.
