Mary Louise Jellum Tonning

Mary Louise Jellum Tonning, 68, passed away at Valley Vista Care Center in Sandpoint, Idaho, on Wednesday, June 25, 2014.
Memorial services were conducted on Monday, June 30, 2014 at 11:00 am in Christ Our Redeemer Lutheran Church, with inurnment in Lakeview Cemetery in Sandpoint. A reception followed at 12:00 pm.
She was born December 24, 1945, in Fosston, Minnesota to Gordon and Ruth Jellum.
When Mary was 8 years old, the family relocated to Glasgow, Montana, where she was raised and educated. Mary graduated from Glasgow High School in 1963.
Mary loved being a mom, grandma, and great grandma. She enjoyed gardening, sewing, cooking, crafts and was highly skilled in all she put her hand to. Her grandkids were well stocked with Beanie Babies from her huge doll collection. Many in her circle of family and friends have enjoyed the benefits of her sewing and gardening and she will be missed.
She was preceded in death by her parents, 3 brothers: Dennis, Donald and David and a sister Gloria.
She is survived by her children Paul Tonning, Dana Wooden Tonning, and Aaron Tonning; 16 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren;
Also surviving are brothers; Gale Jellum of Chinook, MT and Steven Jellum of Gillette WY, sisters; Susan Boid of Great Falls, MT, Carol Morehouse of Thompson Falls, MT, Diane Rosander and Lois Morehouse of Billings, MT.
She also leaves behind many much loved numerous nieces, nephews and friends
