Gorden L. Jellum GLASGOW
Gorden L. Jellum, who came to Glasgow in 1953, died Thursday at age 66 in the Glasgow Deaconess Hospital. In 1974, he retired after five years with Avco Corporation. Born in Gallaway, Minn., he graduated from high school in Fosston, Minn. In 1937, he married Ruth Swanson in Glasgow. He farmed and later worked forPacific Hide and Fur Depot. ,
Survivors include his wife; four sons and seven daughters, Dennis and David Jellum, Mrs. Art (Diana) Rosander and Mrs. Charles (Susan) Boid, all of Great Falls, Donald Jellum of Columbia Falls, Mrs. Paul (Mary) Tonning of Spokane Smith kane, Wash., Gale Jellum of Chinook, Mrs. Gary (Carol) Morehouse of Havre, Steven Jellum, Gloria Jellum and Mrs. Jim (Lois) Morehouse, all of Glasgow; 21 grandchildren three sisters. Mrs. Stella Erickson and Mrs. James (Alice) Campbell, both of Glasgow, and Mrs. Gladys Olson of Lengey, Minn.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in the First Lutheran Church. Burial will be in Highland Cemetery, with Bell Chapel in charge.
