He was employed at Fairchild Industries as an expediter. He was a veteran of WWII and retired from the Army Reserve, Hagerstown Unit in 1965, after 22 years of service.
He is survived by his wife, Mildred E. Repp Barklow; two sons, Wayne A. Barklow, Sharpsburg; and Wilson E. Barklow, Hagerstown; sister, Helen Stuart, Oceanside, Ca.; and two brothers, James Barklow, Ontario, Ca.; and Robert Barklow, Mt. Airy.
Services were held at the Gerald N. Minnich Funeral Home. Burial in Cedar Lawn Memorial Park.
