Interment will follow at Columbia Hill Cemetery, Columbia, LA. Visitation will be held Sunday, July 29, 2018 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Kilpatrick Funeral Home West Monroe.

Barrett served in the United States Navy and was a member of Crossroads Church of Christ. He was preceded in death by his father, Elphin Fisher and mother, Katheryn Barrett Fisher; son, Cam Barrett Fisher; brother, Jimmy Lee Fisher.
Barrett is survived by his wife of 54 years, Barbara Hollis Fisher; daughter, Susan Anding and husband Greg; son, David Fisher and wife Norma; grandson, Dakota Fisher; granddaughter, Taelyn Fisher; step-granddaughter, Alisha Sepulveda and step-grandson, Jacob Alderman; sisters, Sylvia Zielinski and husband Wayne; and Betty Price and husband Glenn.
