Funeral services for Mrs Sallie DeLay Stroud, 88, of 1328 Oak St SW will be at 10:30 am Thursday in Lowndes' chapel. Minister John V Copeland will officiate and burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery.
Mrs Stroud died Monday in a private hospital. The widow of William S Stroud, she was a member of the West End Church of Christ. She was born in Oconee County.
Survivors include a son, Carl H Stroud, Atlanta; a daughter, Mrs M S Witherinton, Eau Gallie, Fla; a sister, Mrs L E Dease, College Park, and a brother, Tom DeLay, Etowah, TN.
