She also worked at the Windsor International Shoe Factory for over 15 years and operated a trash hauling service with her husband in the Windsor and Calhoun communities for several years.
She died Saturday afternoon, February 13, 1999, at the Truman Valley Healthcare Nursing Home in Windsor, Missouri. She was buried in Laurel Oak Cemetery beside her husband, Troy, who preceded her in death. They had no children.
