Jane (sic) G. McCartt, 52, of 2050 Holiday Rd., died of cancer Thursday in her home. There will be private memorial services. The body has been cremated. Peterseim Funeral Home, Kalona, in charge of arrangements.
Survivors include two daughters, Sherry McCartt Sullivan of Mount Vernon and Lori McCartt of Coralville; three sons, Kent, Mike and Pat, all of Coralville; her parents, Gilbert and Alverta Allen of Wellman; four brothers, Joe and Tom Allen, both of Cedar Rapids, Mike Allen of Wellman and Larry Allen of Little Rock, Ark.; and two sisters, Pat Mobe (sic) of Muscatine and Molly Allen of Cedar Rapids.
Also surviving is a granddaughter.
She was preceded in death by a brother, Marlyn "Butch" Allen.
She was employed for the past 25 years in the business office at University Hospitals.
