Death of Mrs. Scheidel -- Mrs. Henry Scheidel, of Platte Center, died at Columbus hospital shortly after 11 o'clock this morning, where she had been a patient since Friday. Mrs. Scheidel has been in failing health since the death of her husband, which occurred Nov. 24. As Ada Burrows she was born Feb. 2, 1878, in Platte Center, where she made her home all her life. She was married there to Henry Scheidel Mar. 18, 1896. Mrs. Scheidel is survived by four sons, Ervin, Harvey, Ralph, Marvin, one daughter, Lucille and two grandchildren, all of Platte Center. She also has two brothers, Charles Burrows, of Huron, S. D., George Burrows, of Platte Center, four sisters, Mrs. Willard Hopkins, of Denver, Mrs. John Burns, of Longmont, Colo., Mrs. Wm. Godkin, of Neligh, and Mrs. Ed Macken, of Norfolk. The body will be taken to Platte Center for burial. Funeral arrangements had not been made at the Telegram's press hour.
