Pete was an independent truck driver until his retirement. He moved to Florida in 1978.
He was preceded in death by his first wife Agnes Henderson; his second wife Madeline Henderson; two brothers, Clyde and Glenn Henderson; and three sisters, Ruth Dougan, Florence Skinner, and Dorothy Samec.
Survivors include his wife Mildred Lyndon Henderson; three daughters, Sandra Sterling of Erie, Mrs. Lloyd (Barbara) Best of North East and Mrs. David (Leona) McIntee of Ontario Canada; a son, Andrew M. Henderson of Charlotte, NC; a brother, Howard W. Henderson of Erie; Mrs. Marcus (Bernice) Prindle of Harborcreek and Mrs. Stanley (Rina) Skinner of Wattsburg; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
