The inscription on the monument is for Achsa Osborn.

Update Feb. 12, 2009: Information received to this contributor that Achsa Osborn married Alfred Caviness. Her sister was Ester Osborn, who married Kirby Caviness (Note: this part updated June 15, 2012): a cousin, not a brother of Alfred Caviness. Kirby is evidently buried at Walnut Creek Friends Cemetery in Jefferson County, Iowa. F/A/G memorial #33754745). Thank you for this updated information!
