Mrs. Lula Shipley, 92 years old, died Tuesday morning in Franklin, Indiana. Born in Sharon, Ohio, she was a daughter of Ezekiel and Belle Pitcher Hutchinson and had lived in Connersville, most of her life. Her husband James H. Shipley died in 1898.
Survivors are a daughter, Mrs. Alva Adams, of Connersville; a son, Rodney Shipley, of Centerville; a brother, Nelson Hutchinson, Cambridge city; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services for Mrs. Shipley will be at 10 o'clock a.m. Friday, in the Myers Funeral Home with burial in Fairview cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Thursday.
