Son of Edward Losee Moore (1896 - 1964) and Ethel May Burwell Moore (1906 - 1975). Brother to: Herbert Edward Moore (1923 - 1979), Elizabeth Moore Knapp (1927 - 1989) and Edward Moore (1930 - 1997). He grew up in Tivoli, Dutchess County, New York. He married Audry Fallon (1928-1985) and from this union there was one daughter, Barbara Ann Moore Gregaro. Raymond had some personal issues and left the area to live in Buffalo, Erie, New York. He had only stayed in touch with his mother and when she passed away, all contact with him was lost.
