The daughter of Arvel and Elsie (Self) Casey was born November 17, 1924 at Murray, Arkansas. Her family moved from Murray to Boxley Valley in 1935.
Eul Dean retired from the US Postal Service on October 31, 1998 after serving 33 years as the Postmaster in Ponca. She was very active in community and church activities.
