Janice L. Harms, age 79, died on 20 May, 2018 at the St. Catherine Hospital in Garden City, Kansas. She was born on 19 Apr 1939 in Monroe, Oklahoma; the daughter of Elvin and Netty Wise Crouch.

She was a member of the First Southern Baptist Church of Garden City. After college, she taught in Garden City schools for many years.
On December 23, 1962 she married Roy Harms in Garden City, Kansas. He survives.

Other Survivors include her three children: Lavon Adams of Aztec, New Mexico; Pamela Harms of Garden City, Kansas; and Dan Harms of Garden City, Kansas. Four Sisters: Laverne Underwood of Tulsa, OK; Erma Reed of Monroe, Oklahoma; Mary Evelyn Heavener of Kansas, OK; and Pat Tully of Edmond, OK. Eight Grandchildren and One great grandchild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and four siblings.

Open calling will be May 22, 2018 with the family present from 5-7 at Price and Sons Funeral Home of Garden City, Kansas.
Funeral services will be May 23, 2018 in the First Southern Baptist Church of Garden City, Kansas.
Interment will be held immediately following at the Valley View Cemetery in Garden City, Kansas.
Memorials are suggested to the First Southern Baptist Church.
