She was born on July 14, 1933 in Muncie, Indiana to Oliver P. and Ruby L. (Jester) Stanley.
She married on Carl L. Hamman, who died in 1988 and Frank F. Branham, who died in 2007.
Lois had worked for Kralis Brothers of Mentone.
Survivored by daughters Barbara Boettjer – Peru, Ind., Grace Jones – Troy, Ohio; son – Arthur William Smith Jr. – Troy, Ohio; several grandchildren, great grandchildren, and several great great grandchildren; sister – Wilma Roy - Muncie; brothers – Bill Stanley - Oregon, Eugene Stanley - Muncie, and George Stanley - Missouri.
Preceded in death by parents; husbands – Carl and Frank; son – Cary Gene Smith Sr.; sister – Geraldine Vining; brothers – Richard Stanley and Raymond Stanley.
