Betty Marie Pottridge Braziel, 87, of Waldron, Arkansas was born November 13, 1930 in Bates, Arkansas to the late Edgar and Tilitha (Thompson) Pottridge and went to be with her Lord on May 2, 2018 in Waldron, Arkansas. She was married to Marvin Braziel.
She is survived by Two sons: Kenneth Braziel of Reno, Nevada, David Braziel and wife Teresa of Bentonville, Arkansas, Two brothers: Gary Pottridge of Bates, Arkansas, Gene Pottridge of Heavener, Oklahoma, Two sisters: Twila Maxwell of Eufaula, Oklahoma, Shirley Brothers of Plainview, Arkansas, Many grandchildren and great-grandchildren, Numerous other loved ones and friends
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Marvin Braziel; two daughters, Marilyn Lindholm and Carolyn Boga; two brothers, Leon Pottridge and Doss Pottridge; and two sisters, Peggy Bennett and Linda Hill. Betty was a life-long resident of the area and a homemaker. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends.
Funeral service will be 10:00 a.m., Saturday, May 5, 2018 at the Dowden-Roberts Funeral Home Chapel in Heavener, Oklahoma with Brother James Self and Mr. Terry (Tink) Nix officiating. Burial will follow in Howe Cemetery.
