Richard L. Breeden age 62, of Garden City, Missouri was born March 27, 1945 in Harrisonville, Missour the son of Edgar Leroy and Hilda Odessa(Hunt) Breeden. He departed this life Friday, April 13, 2007 at the Cass Medical Center, Harrisonville, Missouri at the age of 62 years and 16 days.

Richard was a farmer helping his faher, Roy on the farm. Later he was employed at the Casco Sheltered Workshop in Harrisonville, Missouri. He was affectingly called the "John Deere Man" at Golden Years in Harrisonville for his love of John Deede memorabilia. He enjoyed mowing, laughing and riding his bicycle. Richard liked to pester people and had a good personality.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Georgia Wainwright.

He is survived by two sisters, Geneva Schrock and Bonnie B. Francy both of Garden City, Missouri; numerous nieces and nephews; other relatives and many friends.

Funeral services will b 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 18, 2007 at the Dickey Funeral Home, Garden City, Missouri with burial at the Garden City Cenetery.

Family will receive friends from 12:30 p.m. until 2:00 p.m.
Wednesday at the funeral home.
