Survived by his wife; a son and two daughters; and five sisters, Lydia Blackston and Ruby Fisher, both of Easley; Irona Galloway and Retha Wilson, both of Liberty, and Gaynell Smith of LaFrance.

Funeral services: Friday, January 9, 1987, Parker-White Funeral Home.
