Mrs. Fanny Kesner Hertz, widow of John D. Hertz, multi-millionaire died yesterday in Miami Beach. Mrs. Hertz's husband founded the Yellow Cab Company and developed the Hertz-Rent-a- Car system, also helped to develop one of America's leading racing stables. Mr. Hertz died Oct. 8, 1961.

Services will be held in Chicago and burial will be in Rosehill Cemetery.
