Barbara Kay “Barb” Clark, 69, was called to rest on Monday, April 16, 2018 in Lincoln, Nebraska. Born on February 19, 1949 to Verne and Jennie Loschen at Kearney Air force Base in Kearney, Nebraska.

Baptized in Austin, Texas and confirmed in Langley, Virginia, in 1962. Barb grew up as an “Air Force Brat” living in many different states but went to high School in Lincoln, graduating from Lincoln High School in 1967.

After high school she graduated from cosmetology school in Fort Walton Beach, Florida. She married David L. Clark on October 25, 1975 and they were married for 24 years. During that time they had two children, Tara Renee Clark and Cory Jason Clark.

Barb and Dave enjoyed traveling with the kids and taking many motorcycle trips together to Colorado and Missouri. Barb was a life member of the VFW Post 3606.

Survived by: daughter, Tara Clark; son, Cory Clark; grandchildren, Grayson and Brittney Clark, Samantha Squires and Jase Brown; great grandchild, Delila Ruth; mother, Jennie Lee Loschen; sisters and brothers-in-law, Cheryl and Arnie Cihal, Theresa and Mark Bartels; brother and sister-in-law, LaVerne and Barb Loschen; nieces and nephews.

Barb is preceded in death by: father, Verne William Loschen; brother, Verne William Jr.

Services are at Butherus, Maser and Love Funeral Home, Friday, April 20, 2018. Burial at the Franklin Cemetery, Franklin, Nebraska.
