Alford Peet Baggs was born December 20, 1930 in Pickens, OK the son of Ora Lee Baggs and Winnie Inez (Hill) Baggs.
Peet married Judith Lorraine Wells on April 29, 1954 at Hugo First Baptist Church.
Peets accomplishments during his life included: Boy Scout Master, Cub Scout Master, School Board member and President of the School Board, Little league Baseball Coach and Women's Softball Coach.
He loved investing his time in his family, traveling in his RV throughout the country and had a way of making everyone feel like they were his favorite. Every friend of his children became his own children and are still close today.
Peet remained close to God throughout his life.
Peet was preceded in death by his parents, a grandson, Sam Baggs, a great grandchild, Liam Hill, a brother, Clifford Baggs and a sister, Juanita Dickenson.
Survivors include: his wife, Judith Baggs of the home, a son: Jack Baggs & wife Donna of Homestead, FL; four daughters: Jo Alexander of Tulsa, OK, Tracey Lacy of Idabel, OK, Linda Gray & husband Eddie of Tyler, TX and Penny Smith of Phoenix, AZ;
One brother: Tom Baggs of Pickens, OK: two sisters, Bobbie Ridge of Hooks, TX and Leotta Rudisil of Salem, OR; twenty grandchildren, twenty-eight great grandchildren, one great great grandchild, Nixon Orion King Henson and a host of other family and friends.
