Frank Hopper and his sister, Rosa Hopper, were born in Minnesota to Guy & Lizzie. Lizzie took the children to Wisconsin with her new friend Seymour Brooks (sometime between 1900 and 1903). Guy said he never was able to locate his children after that, and regretted that [taken from conversation DiAnn had with his daughter, Genevieve.]

Frank began using the surname "Brooks".

Frank & Alice married; their only known child was Frank Arthur Brooks (1920-1994).

He married Sylvia Blank in 1964. She preceded him in death 1988.
