Hazel Fern Bolger, 83, died last Thursday evening at the Thomas Rest Haven.
Funeral services were held on Monday, August 9, at 10:30 in the United Methodist Church, Coon Rapids. Rev. Alfred E. Rau was the officiating clergyman, soloist was Mrs. Elaine Bowman and organist was Miss Lulu Garnes.

Casketbearers were Mike Grimm, Dan Grimm, Robert Bolger, Alan Bolger, Joel Bolger, Paul Conner, and W. L. Smith.

Mrs. Bolger is survived by one daughter, Claire, Mrs. Clifford Grimm, Perry, her daughter-in-law, Mrs. Ruth Bolger, Coon Rapids, by eight grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her son, Glen, by her parents, four sisters, one grandson and two great grandchildren.

Hazel Fern, daughter of Norman and Mary Offill Wilson, was born October 6, 1892 north of Coon Rapids. She had made most of her life in the Star Community.

She was united in marriage with Frank Bolger in 1910.

Hazel made her home in the Thomas Rest Haven for the past year where she passed away on Thursday evening, August 5, 1976 at the age of 83 years, 9 months and 29 days.

She was preceded in death by her son, Glen, by her parents, four sisters, one grandson and two great granddaughters.

She is survived by one daughter, Claire, Mrs. Clifford Grimm, Perry, her daughter-in-law, Mrs. Ruth Bolger, Coon Rapids, by eight grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.
