Elias Everett “Bill” CARNEY, 72, Rt. 4, Logansport, died at 11:44 p.m. Saturday at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Lafayette.
He was born in Logansport Aug. 16, 1910, to Thomas Frank and Agnes ELLIOTT CARNEY. He married Vernie May ANGLE June 31, 1933. She survives. He was a retired construction worker for Engineering Aggregates Corp., Logansport.
Surviving with the wife are three children, T. Frank and Judy Diane CARNEY, Rt. 4, Logansport, and Jo Anne BISHOP, Fort Wayne.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at the Mexico German Baptist Church, Elder Emmert ROOT ad Marlin KUNS officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Friends may call after 2 p.m. Tuesday at the McCain Funeral Home, Denver.
