Mrs. Clara J. Sutton, wife of Guy L. Sutton 221 South Martin street, died yesterday at Ball Hospital after an illness of a few hours. She was a member of St. John's Universalist Church and the Eastern Star.
She is survived by the husband; three daughters, Mrs. D.D. Bernard, of Muncie; Mrs. R.E. Whinrey, of Indianapolis, and Mrs. J.A. Beebe, of East Lansing, Mich; two grandchildren; one sister, Mrs. Charles T. Garney, of Cumberland Md., and two brothers, Fred S. Sample and Warren M. Sample, both of Muncie.
The funeral will be conducted at 11 o'clock Wednesday morning at the Meeks mortuary. The Rev. Arthur W. McDavitt will be in charge. Burial will be in Beech Grove Cemetery. Friends may call at the mortuary after noon today.
