The PEI marriage bond records show Aaron, a resident of Crapaud, married Eliza Bulpitt in 1855. The couple relocated to farm in the Westmoreland Settlement. Unfortunately Eliza died early in 1878. The Apr 1881 census of Lot 29 found widower Aaron farming in Westmoreland with four children - William Henry (b: Aug 21 1857), Louisa (b: Dec 7 1859), Eliza (b: Oct 26 1864) and James (b: 1868).
Aaron's second marriage was to Margaret Ince; she died Dec 28 1895. The subsequent marriage record for Aaron on Sep 22 1898 shows he was again a widower residing in Crapaud when he married Annie Beer of DeSable.
The 1901 census of PEI's Lot 29 found Aaron and Annie living alone in an 8 room dwelling on their farm in Victoria. In this census Aaron declares he was born Apr 29 1830 in England and immigrated to Canada in 1841.
