Retha Pearl Berry, 76, of Amarillo died Wednesday, May 23, 2001.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Friday in Llano Cemetery with Bob Miller, chaplain of Outreach Health Services, officiating. Arrangements are by Blackburn-Shaw Funeral Directors, Martin Road Chapel, 15th Avenue and Martin Road.

Mrs. Berry was born in Springfield, Mo., and had lived in Amarillo since 1947. She retired from Baby Valet Diaper Service after 25 years.

Mrs. Berry was a member of San Jacinto Baptist Church Home Bound Ministry.

She was preceded in death by two sons: Allen Carr, in 1988, at Riverside, Calif.; and Bobby Carr, in 1988, at Amarillo.

Survivors include three daughters, Linda Sells and Mary Dumas, both of Amarillo, and Patt Beard of Hooks; two sons, Ray Carr of Mira Loma, Calif., and Roger Carr of Riverside; a sister, Ann Bozwell of Springfield; two brothers, Bob Leavitt and Paul Leavitt, both of Springfield; 21 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
