G. Arthur Smith, 90, retired farmer of near Myersville, died at Frederick Memorial Hospital Wed. afternoon. He was the son of the late Josiah F. and Ellen Fox Smith and was a member of the Evangelical United Brethren church, Myersville. Surviving are three sons, Earl M., Paul L. Smith, Hagerstown; Cyrus J., Myersville; two brothers, T. Keller and Raymond J., both of Myersville, six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. Arrangements by Gladhill Funeral Home, Middletown. Funeral services Sat. Evangelical United Brethren Church, Myersville by Rev. Paul Martin. Interment in the church cemetery.
